- Disconnect the internet
This may sound tough, but gradually you will be able to do it. Just switch off your phones, your WiFi and get rid of it. You can check up on your emails, but do not stick to it.

With the introduction of social media websites such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and so much more, kids are always into it. Check on these social media for some time but prevent it from getting over you. Instead, take some time out and be productive.
- Create a plan
Once you prepare your plan, you will effectively be able to get rid of your internet addiction. Once you have allocated one slot to all your works, you will be able to get rid of the addiction. You should include break times in between so that you can cope with your busy schedule. Thus, it is kind of a reward for being focused on studying.
